FAQ

Does it cost extra to use a travel agent?

Although some travel agents do charge a planning fee, we do not charge for our services. We do ask however that if you have us help you with your trip, that you allow us to book it as well so that we can get paid by the resorts for our time, knowledge and services.

Why should we book with you instead of online or directly with the resort or company?

With us, you get exceptional personal assistance before, during, and after your vacation. We provide honest advice about all resorts and destinations to help you find the perfect resort for you. See all the benefits of using a travel agent here.

Can I make payments?

Deposits and payment plans are set by the resorts and tour operators. Most companies have payment plan options so that you do not need to pay for your trip in full at the time of booking.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

We absolutely recommend travel insurance for your trip. Although, no one likes spend the extra costs, emergencies do happen. Whether it is a trip delay, lost luggage or medical emergencies, you will want insurance to help you overcome these issues.
